How It Works
Shipping Policy
*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer's expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
At AntBox, we ship with UPS, Canpar, Purolator, and local delivery. Customer can choose their shipping method at the check-out page at their own expense. Shipping Costs can be calculated on the check-out page.

Shipping Time
For in-stock orders, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order, we'll provide tracking numbers within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier are UPS, Purolator, or Canpar. It may take a couple of days for your shipment to be scanned by the carrier. For the areas which are far away from the AntBox Canada warehouse(Concord, ON), it will take 2 weeks to be delivered. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information. Any delivery dates provided by AntBox are estimates.
We can not graduate the shipping time. If your package has been delayed, please contact the shipping company. We are not not responsible for any delay.

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION

Before shipping:
Order Cancellation: If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong size and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.

Change of Address: No charge fee.

After shipping:
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and a CAD 60 shipping cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of CAD 60 in Canada. AntBox will provide a return shipping label, and you can drop off the package at any carrier's location near you.

Change of Address:
If you successfully change your address, CAD 20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may reject the package and a CAD 60 shipping cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. And the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of CAD 60 in Canada.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered your account on antbox.ca. For more shipping information, please send an email to antbox2022@gmaill.com. We will get back to you in 48 hours.

Didn't receive the package?
If you have not received the package, the tracking number will show whether the package receipt has been signed. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours. Otherwise, we will not deal with this situation after 48 hours and customers need to contact the relevant shipping company to solve this problem.
